About this role
As 'Monetization Manager', you will be responsible for analysing and recommending actions and strategies to drive revenue across FTP and GaaS titles within the Secret Mode catalogue, whilst ensuring a fair deal for our players. You will work closely with games developers throughout the product lifecycle to inform on best practices and have a key role in influencing the developer milestone roadmap.
In this role, you will
Analyse Secret Mode's product portfolio for GaaS opportunities. Guide the creation and usage of game telemetry, sales and marketing data to inform decision making. Share knowledge, best practice and discoveries with the Secret Mode leadership team. Be hands-on with data analysis and informing the B.I team on recommendations of data use. Report back on KPI's for the GaaS elements, advising on a strategic plan. Establish great analysis of changes within the wider games industry, while reporting on the successes or failures across the market.
To succeed, you will have
An understanding of telemetry/GaaS KPI's such as ARPDAU, stickiness (DAU,MAU), and retention rates (1 day, 7 days, 30 days)A strong passion for video games and the games industry. Experience of the mobile games market. Effective communication with strong interpersonal skills. Experience with BI reporting software E.G IBM Cognos Analytics. Belief in Secret Mode's values of diversity, inclusion and fairness.
