Greetings from The Bunker! Secret Mode is the newly founded publishing wing of the award-winning Sumo Group Plc. Our goal is to publish internally developed projects from any of our 11 game development studios across the UK, US, Europe and India, as well as third party independent game developers.

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and confident communicator, with exceptional relationship and interpersonal skills. 

Key Tasks

  • Drive the Secret Mode content outreach strategy
  • Identify and recommend product and partnership opportunities
  • Best-practice developer relations
  • Primary point of contact for all potential development partners
  • Best-practice CRM Management and reporting
  • Promote and embody Secret Mode’s values and strengths to the wider community
  • Collaboration with Secret Mode Commercial team to present product and partnership opportunities to key stakeholders
  • Greenlight process and Due Diligence coordination
  • Key Requirements

  • A strong passion for video games and the games industry is a must
  • Strong understanding of video games development and publishing processes
  • 5+ years in a similar games industry role
  • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong collaborator – both internally and externally
  • Willing to travel locally and internationally to meet with potential development partners, representing Secret Mode at industry shows and events (virtually and / or in-person)
